We have a very strong Lettings Department managing over 200 properties, run by Sarah Clayton who is a qualified ARLA member with many years of experience.
As members of A.R.L.A. (Association of Residential Letting Agents) we adhere to the strict rules and regulations imposed by A.R.L.A. We are also members of the TDS Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

We have a regular team of excellent tradesmen on hand who are honest and reliable, available over weekends to deal with the maintenance problems that arise and best of all, their prices are very reasonable.
Every prospective tenant is interviewed and comprehensive references and credit searches are obtained before a recommendation is submitted to our clients.
