Historic Kingston upon Thames is a vibrant, buzzing market town that boasts excellent retail, leisure and transport facilities. Kingston and Surbiton mainline stations are located in Zone 6, and Surbiton station boasts an average of ten trains per hour to London Waterloo, with fast trains getting you into central London in under nineteen minutes. Surbiton's Maple Road district is home to a mouthwateringly good patisserie and restaurant, as well as gastropubs and independent retailers.
The River Thames tow path extends alongside Surbiton and Kingston and continues to Richmond in one direction and Hampton Court in the other. Bars, cafes and beautiful views extend in both directions.
