Latimer is an independent estate agent and was established in 1989 and has been an owner run business ever since, with an excellent reputation in the area for providing a personal and professional service in both sales and lettings. The owner Carla Lester has over forty years experience in Estate Agency and has a wealth of knowledge, and is supported by her friendly dedicated team.

We are members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) which means we have to adhere to strict membership regulations with regards to ethical standards, accounting procedures and knowledge of legislation and regulations.

Our office is located in Surbiton Road on the borders of Kingston and Surbiton town centres. We cover Chessington, Tolworth, Surbiton, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Thames Ditton, Long Ditton and the Hampton Court Area.
