We have a number of student lets that become available every year for the months of July and August and a small amount in September. We prepare our student list in the earlier part of the year and place our list on our website and also have a hardcopy of the fists in our office for collection.
All students will be referenced to check that they do not have any financial issues. They must have a guarantor, even if they are overseas students. The guarantor will be referenced and therefore needs to be employed or if retired can show adequate savings.
If the student does not have a guarantor then the whole rent has to be paid in full however long the tenancy agreement is for (ie 11 or 12 months).
